Less than a year ago, we bought a kiosk of from an espresso franchise to create a drive-through service in Oklahoma. We are closing business and selling our nearly new equipment at an aggressive price.
I believe the franchise we are with is registered in all 50 states and several foreign countries, if you would like to continue working under the umbrella and experience of a franchise.
Our kiosk is fabricated with a powder coated steel-tube frame, and the finest materials and equipment. It is 8’ X 8’ Stucco Embossed aluminum exterior and can fit into a single parking space. The interior is insulated, washable siding. It has 110/220 volt 125 amp service and is prewired for telephone and internet service.
The kiosk has energy efficient windows with 2 sliding service windows and exterior removable Formica serving shelves. Insulated, self closing & locking doors and a roof mounted 15,000 BTU AC/Heating unit with 2 roof access panels and an awning light and overhead fluorescent lighting, along with a neon open sign. It also has custom cabinets in white plastic laminate and a locking under counter drop box.
There is an retractable hydraulic axel that can be raised and lowered by way of a hydraulic pump system. It has a trailer tongue that can be attached and the kiosk can be moved with a truck. An incredibly mobile system that allows for a host of possibilities.
The kiosk can be hard plumbed for water, or is equipped with fresh water polyethylene tank(32 gallon) and polyethylene grey water tanks(38 gallon) for convenience and low cost setup. We had electrical service at our location that we were able to utilize. It is a fully automatic water pump and filtration system, and has a instantaneous hot water heater and enclosed insulated water pipe with a re-circulation valve from freeze protection. It has a 3-compartment sink with faucets and a hand-washing sink with faucet.
